Meidata participates in “Generation Z” conference – Presents new insights on marketing for teens

“Companies might overlook the role of teenagers in the success of a product or service” says Zohar. In his lecture, titled “Much more than just sports” he presented a social media research which analyzed conversations regarding sports. Insights emerged from the study reveal motivations of boys and girls in the context of sport activities, including analysis of emotions, & attitudes towards sport-related issues.
“Teens talk about brands, fashion and nutrition. They consult each other regarding preferable sport activities, share what they like and dislike”, says Zohar. Thus, findings from social media analysis have tremendous effect on companies specializing in selling sports brands.
